I wrote a review that never got published so I will try again. I purchased this device and it stopped working after a little over one year. I never received support when I contacted customer service asking for their help. The device would no longer hold a charge and now it is a $600 purchase I regret every time I look at it. If they cannot provide customer support - it is a very risky purchase for the amount of money it costs. When it worked it was great! Until it didn't!
Hello to anyone interested in this device. Let me start by saying it has amazing potential and works wonderfully - when it works! I bought mine and paid around $600 for the device in 2022. That may sound like a long time ago - but it cost A LOT of money! The device quit working after about 18 months. It no longer held a charge. I reached out to customer service multiple times, only to receive responses in Korean I could not understand. It was a frustrating and overall sad and disappointing experience. I still have my device just sitting there. A $600 drawer accessory and never could get it fixed or more appropriately, replaced. Do not fall into the same trap. The device is too expensive to last such a short time.

I’ve only used it a few times in the treatment room so far. I have gotten amazing feedback back from clients after their facial and how great and rejuvenated their skin feels. I used it in myself as well and loved the results. Can’t wait to see the results as I use it more and more. Very happy

It stressed my skin in a horrible way and the return policy is confusing, they don't want me to use it so how do I know how this device work on my face
I like the way it feels while I’m using it. I just am not sure what product works best. I’m not really seeing that much of a difference afterwards but it’s only been 10 days so I’m sure it takes more than that. I’ve been pretty faithful with using it.
